Hi, I’m Leah Santa Cruz
I’m a Meditation Teacher with a knack for helping folks unwind and find some peace in the chaos of their everyday lives. My adventure into meditation began after a stretch of studying neuroscience and psychology, followed by a whirlwind decade in high-pressure jobs at Microsoft and various startups. Facing burnout and anxiety, I turned to meditation—not just as a practice but as a lifeline.
I've been teaching meditation for 10 years now, spending a good chunk of that time at the Yoga Barn and reaching over 16 million people through the Balance Meditation App (yep, that's the one Google and Forbes were raving about!). I also co-host the Well Balanced podcast, where we dive deep into all things wellness.
My teaching style? Think of it as your favorite comfort food but for your mind. I blend science with soul to make meditation feel like a warm, welcoming chat with a friend. It's all about shedding stress, sparking joy, and building stronger connections with ourselves and those around us.
